Ageless motion is a class that cultivates body-mind health through awareness, mindfulness, slow movements, breathing exercises, self massage, meditation, body-mind rejuvenation, and happiness skills. This class will complement the Fit and Fall Proof class. Participants will develop balance, calmness, and a positive outlook on healing and rehabilitating.
