At the Senior Connection, we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy and benefit from an active lifestyle.
Studies consistently show that staying physically active has numerous benefits for individuals of all ages. From reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes to preventing health crises such as strokes and heart attacks, regular exercise plays a crucial role in enhancing overall health. Exercise not only boosts physical health but also acts as a powerful antidote against depression, strengthens a sense of well-being, enhances mobility, and improves balance.

Membership at Our Fitness Center
We provide equipment that supports total body wellness, and a full calendar of classes for strength, flexibility, and balance with certified fitness professionals.
– The cost of membership is $80 per year.
– The age requirement is 50 years and older.
– Membership includes all fitness classes and unlimited access to the fitness center (except during class time).
– Please call 208-788-3468 to schedule a new member orientation.
