Welcome to the annual Senior Connection Games! 

The Senior Connection Games offers the opportunity for the novice or returning athlete to compete in a friendly, encouraging and social environment. We hope you will find the joy in staying active and having fun with your fellow peers. It is important to live a healthy lifestyle and keep moving. So, let’s celebrate life after 50 and let the Senior Connection Games begin!

Event Rules & Information 

Participant Age: All Athletes must be 50 years or older by September 28th, 2024.

Partner & Team Age:  Partner and team age groups are determined by the age of the oldest partner or team member on September 28th, 2024.

Physical Condition: Any athletic, recreational, or sporting activity may be a strenuous physical and/or mental activity. We recommend a complete physical examination prior to participation in the Senior Connection Games.
